Terms of Service

Early access

Rennen is in active development. Features may change, and while we work hard to keep things reliable, the service may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Keep your own copies of anything important, such as original receipts.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Rennen. Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed without permission.

Your content

You own the photos, documents, records and messages you add. You give us permission to store, process and display them as needed to run the service — including sending them to our AI providers for analysis, and showing the parts of a build you choose to make public. You confirm you have the right to upload what you add, and that it doesn't include anyone else's personal information without their permission.

AI features and estimates

Vehicle identification, detected mods, extracted receipt details, service intervals, part research, build stages and market values are generated automatically and may be wrong. They are informational only — not mechanical, safety, legal or financial advice. Always check details before relying on them, follow your manufacturer's guidance, and have work done by a qualified technician. You're responsible for confirming what's saved to your garage.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, misleading or infringing content, including in messages to other owners.
• No misrepresenting a vehicle's history to deceive a buyer.
• No attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or to get around limits or plan restrictions.
• No using someone else's account or uploading another person's private documents.

Plans and billing

Some features need a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and are charged through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. One-time purchases, such as a build portfolio export, are charged when you buy them. Prices may change with advance notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

Rennenis provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or decisions made using information in the app — including about maintenance, modifications, purchases or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms as Rennengrows. If a change is significant we'll let you know before it takes effect; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
